Dimensions:

-5/8”x 5” (15 mm x 127 mm).
-5/8” x 6 1/4“ (15 mm x 160 mm).
- All planks are random length from 12” to 70 “ (300 to 1845 mm). Average plank length is about 32” (0.8 m).
- Self-locking Valinge system CosLoc on all 4 sides of hardwood plank. Microbevel on all 4 sides.

Construction:

-- 4 mm ultra-thick hardwood top layer. Can be sanded up to 4 times.
-COSWICK uses only sawn lamellas for top layer. Sawn hardwood veneers have no internal checks that might cause face splits in lamella later on. Sawn hardwood lamellas have rich natural appearance of solid wood.
- Middle layer is made of cross-laid interconnected solid birch bars. Thickness of the layer is 9 mm. Cork compensators are added every 6”. Cork compensators help to balance internal stress, increase plank dimensional stability, and eliminate squeaking in floors.
- Bottom layer is 3 mm solid birch lamella.
- CosLoc 5G locking system is licensed by Valinge Innovation (Sweden).

Properties:

- Using solid birch for middle and bottom layers instead of traditional softwood helps to enhance balancing of hardwood planks and reduce possibility of twisting and bowing. It also helps to improve thermo- and sound insulating properties of floors.
- High-adhesion polyurethane glues are used to bond all 3 layers. Extra strong bonding guarantees no delamination even under elevated moisture conditions. Polyurethane adhesives have low emission and are environmentally friendly.
- COSWICK 3-layer Engineered hardwood floors maintain its geometry in wide range of variation of relative humidity. Seasonal movements in floors are minimal.
- Floating installation over wood or concrete subfloor.
- For installation above, on and below grade.
