1. PURPOSE
The present Policy determines the use and storage of cookies, created by users of the official website coswick.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website) of Coswick Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

A Domain is a unique symbolic address of the website under which it is registered and located on the Internet.
A Website is one or several pages logically related to each other, located on the Internet under one domain address.
Cookies (i.e. cookies, HTTP-cookies) are text file(s) stored by the Browser in the file system and (or) computer (Mobile device) random access memory (RAM) of the User when exchanging data with the Website. These files are used for purposes specified in section 5.
A User is an individual that visits the Website with the help of a computer or a mobile device Browser.
A Session (User session) is a period of time during which a user is using the browser for exchanging data with the Website, including downloading and displaying content (data) of the Website.
A personal data subject is an individual in respect of whom data personal data is processed according to the Law.
4. GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of using cookies is to ensure the convenience of the Users of the Website and improve the quality of its functioning. The Operator does not pass the cookies to third parties and does not use them to identify personal data subjects.

6. COOKIES RETENTION TIME/DURATION
Depending on the storage period on the User’s device browser cookies used by the Operator can be:
Session cookies are temporary cookies that last until the User closes the browser or ends the Website session.
Permanent cookies are stored in the User’s device memory during the period indicated in the cookies settings or until the User directly deletes them.
7. MANAGEMENT, CONTROL AND REMOVAL OF COOKIES
When the User visits the Website for the first time the Operator offers to give consent to the use of cookies, accept some of them or reject them by clicking “Accept all”, “Customize” or “Reject” on a pop-up banner.

By pressing the “Customize” button the User can either activate or deactivate analytical and advertising cookies.
Since the Operator can ensure full and correct functioning of the Website, including the security of its use, only by using technical (functional) cookies, this type of cookies cannot be disabled.
The Website stores the User’s cookies settings within 1 (one) year. At the end of this period the Website will again request the consent of the User by displaying a pop-up information banner.
Most Browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. Thus, in order to fully implement the right to reject cookies processing, the User can deactivate cookies by changing the Browser settings.
