In Milk Chocolate Uniblock flooring, classic style, practicality of form, beauty of oak, and richness of color are combined to produce a flooring solution that is perfect for condos, apartments, homes and offices alike. Uniblock flooring can be quickly laid into a classic checkerboard pattern using a gluedown method.

Milk Chocolate flooring comes prefinished with Silk Oil. This innovative finish penetrates into the wood pores and protects flooring from grit and moisture without forming a surface film. Silk Oil finished flooring is easy to maintain, matte surface sheen disguises dust and small signs of wear better than glossy lacquer finished floors.

Milk Chocolate flooring is available in 9”x 9” (228.6х228.6mm) prefinished solid oak blocks, consisting of 4, 5 or 6 bars each. All Coswick floors come with a lifetime structural warranty. Uniblock flooring is milled as classic solid tongue-and-groove profile and has a delicate microbevel on all 4 sides.
