Architecture of Comfort

The interior of this apartment is designed as a cohesive and calm space, where each area is seamlessly integrated into the overall architecture. The project is based on a balance of aesthetics, functionality and a deep appreciation for natural materials.

The space is shaped by clear geometry, built-in volumes and thoughtful zoning. Careful attention to proportions, textures and light creates a multi-layered and visually rich environment.

A restrained warm palette enhances the sense of air and comfort: light walls expand the space, natural wood adds warmth, while darker accents introduce depth and graphic contrast.

The living room combines lightness with expressive details. Built-in storage with soft lighting, a glass coffee table with a ripple effect and a TV zone finished with Patagonia stone texture create a modern yet inviting atmosphere.

Private areas are defined by natural materials and soft textures. American walnut furniture and doors add a sense of refinement, while glass and curved panels introduce subtle, elegant accents.

The children’s room is designed as a multifunctional environment for living, playing and studying. A custom wall painting — a detailed drawing resembling a technical sketch — adds a distinctive character to the space.

Coswick hardwood flooring, laid in a chevron pattern, forms the foundation of the interior. It introduces rhythm, visually enriches the space and unifies it into a coherent composition, while maintaining an elegant and understated appearance.

This project demonstrates how natural materials, thoughtful zoning and attention to detail can create an interior where style is seamlessly blended with comfort and practicality.

The project features 3-layer engineered oak flooring in Pastel décor.
