An apartment in a condo.
Essentially, the client’s wish was to have a comfortable cosy apartment to live in and to work from. Stylistically there was an understanding that there should be some elements of the Mid-century modern.

Some re-planning was involved but not much. Major functional zones remained in their original places, including a hallway, combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, study, bathroom and a separate restroom with shower, and an enclosed balcony.

Coswick hardwood flooring was used in the project to make it more warm and cosy.
