GREIGE

How can one create a space that embodies minimalism—both in structure and in appearance?
The authors of the project chose to step away from bold color accents and instead built the interior around a complex, profound greige palette—shades that lie between gray and beige, moderately warm yet retaining a smoky depth. The only vivid highlights came from natural materials: tawny leather, rare wood veneers and metal.

The idea of a softly “embracing” space became the foundation for integrating Eastern philosophy and art. The interior is enlivened by works of Belarusian artists and craftsmen: ink graphics, watercolors and handmade ceramics. These details shape an atmosphere of balance—light and shadow, day and night, lightness and depth.

The key element of the interior was Coswick large-format plank hardwood flooring, 300 mm wide. Natural wood defined the essence of the entire concept: minimalism gains tactility and depth, while the interior remains warm and vibrant.

The apartment’s interior is being nominated for the OBSTANOVKA AWARDS.
