An apartment on Krestovsky Island in Saint Petersburg for a young family. The special thing about it is a meticulous planning solution with a lot of storage room that included all the customer’s wishes. Ethnic motifs in the interior design and the palette allude to the ancestry of the owners and give this modern space vibrant colours and multitude of textures, individuality.
The heart of the apartment is the combined living room and kitchen that take up 26 sqm. and can easily be divided up in two rooms through sliding doors.
As there is a child with a disability in the family, all the space was organized accordingly, so that it is possible to move around the apartment in a wheelchair, with ergonomic design, broadened doorways and convenient placement of furniture, other technical solutions.
Coswick Natural oak 3-layer flooring was used in the project.
