This Farmhouse is in the south of Delhi, India, neighbouring many other farmhouses in that location. Delhi’s climate has high variation of temperatures and precipitation between summers and winters. This makes it important that the materials chosen for construction are able to handle the high heat and humidity of summers coupled with the dry cold of winters. For interiors the designers chose a mix of marble and wood floors to create a contrast as well as to balance the coldness of marble with the warmth of wood. With the stability of Coswick engineered floors, they were chosen to dress up the more premium areas of this beautiful luxury home.
3-layer Coswick Engineered Flooring Oak was used in the project.
